Martin Borecký is an intern at AMO.
In his research, Martin focuses on Latin America and its role in global affairs. He holds a BA in International Studies from Leiden University, with a regional specialization in Latin America. During his studies, he spent a semester at the National University of Singapore focusing on public policy and politics of Singapore. In september, he will begin an MA in International Governance and Diplomacy at Sciences Po Paris. Previously, he worked as an intern at the Mexico City office of CzechTourism. Since January 2026, Martin also serves as a Research Fellow at the German-based EPIS Think-Tank as a part of the South America report group.
