Danila was an AMO intern.

Danila became interested in international relations, diplomacy, and international security during his undergraduate studies at FSV UK. After graduating from the Area Studies program, he continued his studies at the same faculty, pursuing a Master's degree in International Relations. During his studies, he participated in two internships. As a Research Assistant for the Institute of International Relations, he assisted with projects for the senior researchers of the Institute and with the organisation and reporting from high-level IIR conferences, including the Europe-wide Prague European Summit at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. After completing his internship, he continued his collaboration on the book Politics of Hybrid Warfare. As part of another internship for the European Security Journal platform, he published academic articles on hybrid threats challenging the EU's security, posed by former Soviet bloc countries, as well as on the abuse of the tool of diplomacy by authoritarian states, for example analysing the phenomenon of 'vaccine diplomacy' employed by Russia and China. In addition to European security, he also has an interest in the international affairs of Japan. During the preparation of his Master's thesis materials, he attended the Vienna Conference on the Humanitarian Impact of Nuclear Weapons in 2022, where he conducted a set of interviews with representatives of international organisations regarding their position on nuclear disarmament in Japan. After graduating in 2024, he joined the IFR Disinformation Lab project under the Boris Nemtsov Foundation, continuing his research on disinformation and propaganda by state actors and the mechanisms of its dissemination in the Czech Republic.
