Jan Blinka has been working since August 2025 as Project Manager for China projects at the Association for International Affairs (AMO).
He previously collaborated with the AMO Research Center (2016–2017), focusing on foreign and security relations on the Korean Peninsula and in East Asia. Professionally, he has long worked at the intersection of international relations, development cooperation, and non-profit leadership. After studying International Relations at Masaryk University’s Faculty of Social Studies and completing study stays in France and South Korea, he worked in Czech public administration as well as in humanitarian and development organizations in Africa and Georgia. Upon returning to the Czech Republic, he headed the Center for Palliative Care in Prague.
