Gender Equality in Foreign Policy: Challenges and Opportunities
Despite equal qualifications, women in Czechia, Poland, Slovakia, and Hungary remain underrepresented in foreign and security policy due to persistent biases and structural barriers. This policy brief explores how to enhance women's participation in shaping and implementing foreign policy, focusing on four key areas: professional networking, media representation, gender-sensitive education, and equal opportunities in diplomacy.
