In January, the members of the Network had an opportunity to discuss the topic of gender equality in the European Commission, ways of achieving equality, and successes and limits in this field, with Monika Ladmanová, Counselor and Member of the Cabinet of the Vice President of the European Commission for Values and Transparency Věra Jourová. 

In March, AMO and FES along with the Documentary center of OSCE in Prague, organised a working breakfast about gender equality as a fundamental feature in achieving complex security. The participants discussed this topic with Amarsanaa Darisuren (OSCE Senior Adviser on Gender Issues) and Věra Strobachová Budway (Senior Coordination Adviser, OSCE Gender Section).
