The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom and AMO cordially invite you to participate in the discussion and to exchange ideas with your colleagues.

New technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things or Machine Learning are rapidly changing our social and economic environments and may also alter the economic relationship between the Visegrad countries and Germany – the largest trading partner of the central European region. What opportunities arise from digitalization in promoting economic convergence and which reforms are required to maximize potential benefits? Where does Germany stand with digitalization compared to the rest of Europe and how may
synergies be used?

The policy paper “Digital New Deal for V4: How do we stand with New Technologies” by AMO, the Free Market Foundation, Industrial Foundation and the F. A. Hayek Foundation adresses these questions and analyses the status quo of digitalization in the Visegrad countries.

The policy paper was published with the support of the International Visegrad Fund and Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom.
