EU-Russia Relations in the Area of People to People Ties: New Strategic Framework for Cooperation in the Future
The paper presents a new framework for EU–Russia relations, emphasizing both strategic thinking and stronger people-to-people ties.. Due to the nature of Putin’s imperialist regime, which continues its war of aggression against Ukraine and the wider West, the EU needs to look for new ways to develop mutual relations based on something that it can trust, wherein lies the importance of cooperation with the civil society and other like-minded groups inside and outside of Russia.
