Russian war in Georgia: where do we go from here?

Policy paper comes up with a set of recommendations for the EU emergency ministerial meeting on August 13, 2008 regarding Georgia’s actions in the break away region of South Ossetia and the subsequent Russian intervention resulting in a full scale war between Russia and Georgia.
