Russian aggression against Ukraine and the transformation of the world order pose fundamental security questions for European Greens. The publication is based on the concept of “neo-idealism” and draws on the experiences of Central and Eastern European countries. The collection of essays and interviews presents a values-based approach to military and civilian resilience. It highlights the importance of diplomacy, the promotion of democracy in the world and the strengthening of social cohesion at the domestic level as key elements of geopolitical and ecological security.
