Middle East Change Observer 2/2011

Second issue of the weekly Middle East Change Observer is focused predominantly on the situation in Libya after the UN Security Council Resolution 1973 was approved and the allied air strikes launched. The other major topic is the constitutional referendum in Egypt from March 19. Besides that, attention is drawn also to an overview of other events in the region and an outline of expected events.
