Presented policy paper was prepared in the framework of a complex comparative study Internet Freedom Report 2014: V4 Countries. Study is a part of the project The V4 Online: Free and Uncensored? whose aim was to assess the contemporary state of internet freedom and online privacy in the Visegrad 4 countries.
