Negotiations over future gas supplies from Russia to China have attracted a lot of attention from experts in business and academic sphere, yet only little progress has been seen in reaching a final deal so far. This paper aims to analyze prospects of the energy cooperation between two countries in terms of gas.

Paper was evaluated as the best research paper that was written within our educational project ALYAS - AMO Lectures for Young Asia Scholars 2012/2013.
