About the project
LIFE Effect puts civil society across the EU in the driver’s seat to help policymakers navigate the design of socially fair and environmentally effective carbon pricing. The main principle is to use the system’s revenues to benefit people, assist low-income households, and help modernize housing or improve transportation services.
