About the project
Acclimatisation is an educational project by AMO klima for university students and young professionals who want to deepen their knowledge of climate policy and acquire skills needed to address the climate crisis.
Through meetings with leading experts from Czechia and Europe, participants will gain a better understanding of the complexities of climate change and explore the intricate topic of decarbonization.
The educational evenings will provide a space for discussion on topics such as European policy, barriers to the energy transition, climate disinformation, sustainable finance, and more.
In addition to identifying the most pressing challenges of climate policy, participants will also seek ways to overcome them and gain the tools to contribute to their resolution at an expert level.
The program includes one full-day meeting, five two-hour evening seminars in Prague, and one weekend retreat.
The project is being developed with the support of the Heinrich Böll Stiftung in Prague, and previously also the State Environmental Fund. This project was funded by the European Union under the National Recovery Plan.
