This project strengthens independent Serbian media by enhancing their capacity to critically report on the green transition and its geopolitical, economic, and social implications. Through workshops, expert mentorship, and financial support, Serbian journalists will produce analytical articles, fostering informed public debate and international media collaboration.
The project is funded by the Transformation Cooperation Program of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.
About the Project
This project aims to enhance the capacity of independent Serbian media to report on the key challenges related to the green transition. Through expert knowledge exchange and professional support, the initiative will strengthen journalists’ ability to critically and comprehensively cover the geopolitical, economic, and social dimensions of this process. A key focus will be the role of the green agenda in Serbia’s path toward European integration.
How It Works
The project will facilitate knowledge transfer from experienced Czech journalists and experts specializing in green transition topics. Serbian journalists will receive professional mentorship and financial support to produce a series of in-depth analytical articles on the green transition in Serbia. These articles will be published in independent Serbian media, contributing to a well-informed public debate.
