Policy paper of Michal Lebduška and Václav Lídl discusses the new Russia’s approach to its “Near Abroad”, then, individual member countries of the Eastern Partnership are described and based on the analysis, recommendations to the EU are provided.
The policy paper was published on the occasion of the international conference Eastern Partnership Five Years On: Time for a New Strategy? held in Prague on April 24-25, 2014. The conference has been supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.
