As a background for the CZ PRES 2022 "Energy Transition of the Western Balkans" conference, co-organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, AMO analysts have produced a series of country factsheets focused on the state of play in the energy sector.

The factsheets introduce the greatest challenges for the energy transition in each of the WB6, mapping out the positions of both domestic and international actors, the role of the EU as well as the opportunities for Czechia and its investors. Information on the energy markets in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia is complemented by graphics on their energy mix, their consumption and comparison of their CO2e emissions per capita.
