Rafat Kurdi currently serves as Deputy Secretary General of the Model NATO at the Prague Student Summit for the second-year running.
Rafat is a 20-year-old Syrian living in Prague, where he successfully went through the complex admission process of medical school. That was a huge step for him as he has been living here just for less than three years. His love for medicine goes hand in hand with his main hobby, which is politics, as he finds the combination of medicine and politics the perfect recipe for an “intellectual”. Rafat’s sheer interest Secretary-General is due to the fact that the whole political thought seems to be centered on the Middle East.
