Paweł Zerka is Head of Foreign Policy and International Affairs Research Program at WiseEuropa Institute in Warsaw, Poland. His research interests include the political economy of protectionism and trade liberalisation, EU's foreign policy (with particular focus on the Americas), inter-state relations in the EU, dilemmas of European integration, as well as Poland's European/foreign/global policy.
