Neil Key is a Senior Policy Officer in the Digitalisation of the Single Market Unit, European Commission.
Following research in computer science, he worked in the financial software industry as a developer and project manager. He has worked as an economist at the Commission for many years, initially on topics related to public finances and external stability and, more recently, on competitiveness and industrial economics. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and an MSc in Economics.
