Michal is Research Fellow of AMO Climate Team. He focuses on the security aspects of the energy in the international contexts.
Michal graduated Security Studies and International Relations and Energy Security at Masaryk University in Brno. During his studies he spent two semesters at universities in Slovenia and Cyprus. In his thesis he analysed the discourse of the Czech experts´ discussion in the nuclear energy development. In terms of energy, he mainly focuses on the security and international aspects of the European energy sector. Besides of that he has a long-term interest in security of Southern Caucasus and Middle
East. In last years he cooperated with the Ministry of Interior of the Czechia. He has been part of the AMO Climate Team since 2022.
