Matouš Horčička is a Research Fellow of AMO with a focus on Iran.
Matouš earned his MA in Middle Eastern Studies at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University. Currently, he is a PhD student in Middle Eastern Studies at the same institution. He focuses on the Iranian constitutional system and the Iranian legal approach toward international cooperation.
In 2019, Matouš completed his one-semester study visit at the Shahid Chamran University in Ahvaz, Iran. In 2020, he also completed his one-semester ERASMUS stay at the University of Edinburgh. In 2021, he had an internship at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Tehran for one month.
