Lenka Filípková was Research Fellow of AMO Research Center with research focus on Turkish foreign and domestic politics and Kurdish issue.
She holds her BA in Political Science and International Relations from Charles University in Prague and her MA in Middle East and Mediterranean Studies from King’s College London. In 2008-2009 she studied at Ankara University in Turkey within the Erasmus exchange programme.
She has been active in AMO since 2009. For instance, she managed a project aimed at promoting the work of the Czech Provincial Reconstruction Team in Logar, Afghanistan among the broader public. Since spring 2012, she has also served as a project coordinator at the Prague Security Studies Institute (PSSI), where she completed one year programme of security studies (Robinson-Martin Security Scholars Program) in 2009-2010.
