Kara Němečková graduated from School of International Affairs at Sciences Po Paris. As part of her studies, she spent one year at Fudan University in Shanghai. She interned at the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Shanghai and Institut Montaigne in Paris. In 2021, she worked at the Regional Coordinator’s Office in Phnom Penh as a UN Volunteer.
