Jan Kudrna is a Czech constitutional lawyer.
Jan Kudrna is a Czech constitutional lawyer and a university lecturer. Since 2003, he has been an assistant professor at the Department of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law, Charles University, and he also cooperates with the Metropolitan University in Prague (Department of Legal Disciplines and Public Administration). He is also a member of the Government Legislative Council. His research interests include, for example, the division of power and the interrelationship between constitutional authorities, and the immunity of constitutional actors
