Jakub Dürr serves as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for European Issues.
In the years 2011-2016 he served as Deputy Head of the Czech Permanent Representation to the EU. Previously, he served as Deputiy Minister for European Affairs at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. In the previous years he worked at the Palacký Univerisity in Olomouc as the Vice-Rector for External Relations and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Political Science and European Studies. In June 1, 2016 he was appointed as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for European Issues.
