Barbora Chrzová works at AMO on a transformation cooperation project supporting independent journalists in Serbia in mapping foreign influences. In 2022, she also worked for AMO on a project on the Balkan energy transition.

Barbora Chrzová studied Political Science at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, and Territorial Studies with a focus on the Balkans and Eastern Europe at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University, where she continues her PhD studies. Her main area of interest is politics and society in Southeast Europe, especially the politics of memory and identity. From 2016-21, she worked as Programme Manager at the Prague Security Studies Institute (PSSI), for which she led two projects mapping the influence of external actors in the Western Balkans in collaboration with local experts and journalists.

In 2018-23, she also worked as a policy officer at the Consortium of NGOs working with migrants in the Czech Republic, where she led working groups, prepared expert analyses and opinions, commented on legislation and advocated for the rights of foreigners in the Czech Republic among politicians and other actors.
