On Tuesday 11 December AMO become observer of the Czech Forum for Development Cooperation (FoRS), which is s a platform of Czech non-governmental non-profit organizations (NGOs) and other non-profit entities that are involved in development cooperation, development education and humanitarian aid. Observer status is the first step towards full membership in the platform.

The main task of FoRS is to represent the common interests of members and to strengthen cooperation and relations between state institutions in the Czech Republic and the EU and non-governmental organizations in the field of development cooperation. Therefore the transformation cooperation projects of AMO in Ukraine are close to topics FoRS deals with. Also the Prague Student Summit and other educational projects of ours fall under the global development education and public awareness programmes which are main assignments of FoRS members.
