The 8th Year of ALYAS Has Kicked-Off

A lecture by Dr. Jagannath Panda kicked-off this year of ALYAS which is intended for project alumni.
Contrary to previous years, this year will consist of 4 lectures aimed solely at the program alumni.
The opening lecture took place at the end of October, guest of which was Dr. Jagannath Panda from Indian Institute for Defense Studies and Analysis (New Delhi). He spoke about recent incidents in Doklam which brough China and India on the verge of local conflict, and the future of Sino-Indian relations.
