Jakub Hlávka is Associate Fellow of AMO Research Center, with a focus on American foreign policy, technology regulation and European security.

He is a PhD candidate at the RAND Graduate School in the United States. He completed his graduate studies at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. and his undergraduate degree at the University of Economics in Prague.

He completed research fellowships at Stanford University and the Fraunhofer Society in Germany, and worked as an analyst at the Office of the Czech Government and the Czech Ministry of Finance. He has worked with AMO since 2009, between 2009-2012 he contributed to the management of the Prague Student Summit.
