Dominika Urhová is a China Analyst at AMO, specializing in China's foreign policy, Cross-Strait relations and China's influence in the Middle East and the Western Balkans.

In the past, she contributed to the Middle East Policy Journal, the Prospect Foundation, and to research outputs of the Observer Research Foundation. Dominika gained extensive experience in research and management positions, including at the Moshe Dayan Center for Middle Eastern and African Studies in Tel Aviv, where she dealt with Chinese infrastructure projects in the Middle East, and the Prague Security Studies Institute, where she researched disinformation in the Czech information space.

Dominika holds a Master’s degree in Security Studies and Diplomacy from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies with a concentration in Economic Development from Lund University in Sweden. Her bachelor’s thesis was nominated for the Hydén Award for the best thesis on socio-economic and political topics.
