Adam Balcer is a program director at the Kolegium Europy Wschodniej im. Jana Nowaka-Jeziorańskiego, lecturer at the Studium Europy Wschodniej at the University of Warsaw and national expert of the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR). Host of the Lechistan podcast on TOK FM radio dedicated to the historical and cultural relationships between Poland and the world of Islam. Author of three books as well as articles and reports in Polish, English and German about Polish foreign policy, the Balkans, Cyprus, Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia.
