A closed round table kicked off the Digital New Deal project

A first event of the Digital New Deal took place in Prague. There, a research paper written by an international team from the V4 countries was presented and discussed.

The main goal of the project is to open a wide expert discussion on what are the best practices for the V4 countries in the context of the ongoing digital revolution. This year’s project is a follow-up to AMO’s earlier endeavor Smooth Functioning of the Internal Market between V4 Countries, which was supported by the International Visegrad Fund and the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom in 2014-2016.

The kick-off event – Society 4.0 ve V4 – took place in Prague on April 12, with participation of MEP Dita Charanzová. You can find pictures from the closed roundtable discussion on our Facebook. At the event, a research paper, which you can access here, was also introduced.  The event was organized with the support of European Parliament, International Visegrad Fund, and Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung für die Freiheit, in cooperation with EURACTIV.cz.

The Digital New Deal project has been kindly supported by the International Visegrad Fund and the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom. It is implemented in cooperation with the Free Market Foundation (Hungary), Industrial Foundation (Poland) and F. A. Hayek Foundation (Slovakia).
