The students of today have to prepare themselves for challenges which do not yet exist, for technologies that have not yet been invented, in order to solve questions that are still to be asked. A first-rate education and an enduring willingness to learn are the essential ingredients to making a good living in our changing world.

What will our work places and educational institutions look like in the coming decades? What impact will modern technologies have on our lives? Are the European education systems capable of preparing young people for the ever-changing requirements of the work market? Or do we need new institutions to bring about innovation in the educational system? And what role do companies play in supporting the young potential they will later need?
